I don’t know about you, but a lot of what gets me to the cash register with one beauty find over another is the reviews. When I’m thinking about trying out a new product, it can be tough to know whether it's going to be worth my time and money. That's where customer insights come in. It’s by reading about other people's experiences that I get a better sense of what to expect.
