Shipping: Please note that carrier estimates only relate to shipping times and do not include handling; you should receive your item within 10 business days.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous US: We offer $5 flat rate shipping for orders up to $50. We provide free shipping on orders $50 and up.

Hawaii and Alaska: We offer $15 flat rate shipping.

Rest of the World: Rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at assistant@eugeniashea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
